Mediation, Conflict Communication & Coaching Facilitation
Holding space for resolution, repair, and clarity
When conversations break down, conflict can feel like a dead end. But mediation opens another path — one where dignity, voice, and real understanding are possible.

Private Mediation Sessions
(for families, couples, or co-parents not seeking legal intervention)—“If you're looking for a mediator to help resolve conflict before things escalate — I offer private sessions tailored to your unique situation, especially in high-conflict or emotionally charged dynamics.” I offer trauma-aware, emotionally attuned mediation facilitation designed to support both clarity and calm.
This is a space where we honour emotion, protect safety, and work toward resolution — even in the most high-stakes or strained situations.
These sessions follow a trauma-informed, values-based mediation model designed to restore clarity, reduce tension, and co-create solutions. This is not Family Dispute Resolution under the Family Law Act and does not produce legally binding outcomes — but many clients use it as a first step toward deeper understanding and resolution.

From Sasha
I'm Sasha — conflict coach, trained facilitator, and the founder of Conflict Alchemy. I created this space because I believe conflict doesn't mean failure. With the right support, it can become a powerful gateway to healing, clarity, and forward movement.
My mediation approach blends calm structure with deep listening. You won’t be pushed. You won’t be ignored. You’ll be supported — fully.
"Sasha is someone who brings trust and discretion and facilitates constructive dialogue in challenging situations with fairness and clarity" J. Schall
